General Yemma Home is based in the Netherlands. All purchases are governed by Dutch law. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Orders & Payment All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payments through the methods available at checkout. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

Product Information We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, and pattern may occur. These are not defects but part of the unique character of each piece.

Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, text, and design, is the property of Yemma Home and may not be used without permission.

Liability Yemma Home is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
